Dignity:
Everything was fast and efficient I couldn't ask for more.
Disadvantages:
I didn't buy this sooner! The money wasted on parts I didn't need and all the hours could have been saved!

I initially had issues after downloading the folder so I emailed support and within moments I had a reply, I would say it was within 15 minutes!
I ordered this online very cautiously and I was very dubious, I opted for the download version and I purchased around midnight and by 7am I had the download link waiting.
I hit download and didn't have a clue what to do so emailed the support and within 15 minutes I was working! They even offered to remote in and do it all for me.
Extremely professional and extremely helpful with 5* aftersales support!
